PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...Missouri River at Rulo.

* WHEN...Until Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, Several riverfront cabins along the
  Nebraska side begin to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:15 PM CDT Friday the stage was 22.8 feet...or 5.8 feet
    above flood stage.
  - Bankfull stage is 17.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the last 24
    hours was 23.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    early Sunday morning and continue falling to 10.5 feet
    Monday, July 15.
  - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Though flooding is already ongoing, this
  is the level when flooding starts becoming more impactful,
  especially to agricultural areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 19.1 feet...or 1.1 feet
    above flood stage.
  - Bankfull stage is 18.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the last 24
    hours was 21.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    late tomorrow morning and continue falling to 13.2 feet
    Monday, July 15.
  - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.

  flooding, also portions of 648A Avenue flood near Brownville.

  - At 8:15 PM CDT Friday the stage was 38.1 feet...or 4.1 feet
    above flood stage.
  - Bankfull stage is 33.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the last 24
    hours was 39.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    late tomorrow evening and continue falling to 28.3 feet
    Monday, July 15.
  - Flood stage is 34.0 feet.
