.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A high pressure area
will gradually weaken and shift E over the waters through Wed. A
very weak low pressure will drift N over the waters Tue into Tue
night. Then a weakening cold front will approach the area from
the W later Wed and Wed night, then move E over the waters Thu
and Thu night. High pressure will rebuild NE over the waters Fri
into Sat night.
