.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A high pressure
ridge over the W and NW portions will gradually weaken and shift
E over the waters through Wed. A weak low pressure area will
drift N over the SE waters tonight and dissipate early Wed. A
weakening cold front will approach the area from the W Wed night
into Thu, then move E over the waters late Thu and Thu night.
High pressure will rebuild NE over the waters Fri into Sun night.
