.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A high pressure
ridge over the waters will gradually weaken today into tonight. A
weakening front will approach the area from the W today, then
move E across the waters tonight into Fri. Another cold front
will move through the waters Sat night into Sun night. High
pressure will gradually rebuild NE over the waters behind the
fronts Fri through Mon night.
