.SYNOPSIS...A weak cold front will move across the waters today
and tonight. High pressure will build in behind the front tonight
through Thu night, and persist into Sun night while slowly
weakening. A low pressure trough along Vancouver Island will form
late Thu and Thu night and by early Fri and remain in place into
Sun night.
