.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge over the W and NW portions will
gradually weaken and shift E over the waters tonight into Thu
night. A weakening cold front will approach the area from the W
Thu, then move E across the waters Thu night into Fri. Another
cold front will move through the waters Sat night into Sun night.
High pressure will gradually rebuild NE over the waters behind
the fronts Fri through Mon night.
