Minnesota and Wisconsin...

  St Croix River at Stillwater affecting Washington, Pierce and St.
  Croix Counties.

.The river has fallen below flood stage this morning. Additional
rainfall is expected over the next several days. However, expected
rainfall in the forecast does not encourage additional increases.
Water levels will continue to gradually fall through next week.
