This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for a Large Part of Arkansas.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

Chances for thunderstorms return to the forecast on Sunday afternoon
for portions of southern into western Arkansas...with more
widespread chances for thunderstorms forecast Sunday night through
Monday. The overall threat for seeing organized severe weather
looks low at this time through Monday.

Areas of heavy rainfall will become possible by Tuesday into
Wednesday as the remnants of what is now Tropical Storm Beryl look
to move over Arkansas. Several inches of rainfall are expected to
fall as the remnants of Beryl pass over Arkansas. This may create
an increased risk for flash flooding for portions of Arkansas
Tuesday into Wednesday morning. As Beryl moves out of the region
later next week...the overall threat for hazardous weather will
decrease.
