The threat for organized severe appears low. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday Chances for thunderstorms continue into Monday. The overall threat for seeing organized severe weather looks low at this time through Monday afternoon. As the remnants of what is now Tropical Storm Beryl approach from the southwest Monday night...some strong to severe weather will be possible across southwestern sections of the state. This threat will lift north to northeast on Tuesday as the remnants of Beryl exit to the northeast Tuesday night. The primary threat expected with the strongest activity during this period will be damaging winds and a few brief tornadoes. Areas of heavy rainfall will become possible by late Monday through early Wednesday as the remnants Beryl move over Arkansas. Several inches of rainfall could fall as what is left of Beryl passes over the state. This may create an increased risk for flash flooding for portions of Arkansas late Monday through Tuesday night. As Beryl moves out of the region later next week...the overall threat for hazardous weather will decrease. .Spotter Information Statement... Spotter activation will not be needed. && Visit NWS Little Rock on the web. Go to http://weather.gov/lzk. $$ 70/62
