...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR EASTERN WARREN COUNTY IS
CANCELLED...

The storms which prompted the warning have moved out of the warned
area.Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM EDT for
central Maryland...northern and northwestern Virginia...and the
Panhandle of West Virginia.

...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 500 PM EDT
FOR LOUDOUN...SOUTHEASTERN CLARKE...NORTH CENTRAL FAUQUIER...
NORTHWESTERN PRINCE WILLIAM AND SOUTHEASTERN JEFFERSON COUNTIES...

At 444 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Purcellville to near Oatlands to near The Plains,
moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Damaging winds will cause some trees and large branches to
         fall. This could injure those outdoors, as well as damage
         homes and vehicles. Roadways may become blocked by downed
         trees. Localized power outages are possible. Unsecured
         light objects may become projectiles.

Locations impacted include...
Leesburg, Broadlands, Lansdowne, Brambleton, Ashburn, Purcellville,
Middleburg, Round Hill, The Plains, Delaplane, Oatlands, Bluemont,
Belmont, Marshall, Hamilton, Hillsboro, Gleedsville, Waterford,
Aldie, and Halfway.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

building.
