Through 10 pm...
Scattered thunderstorms will continue to affect areas of the
southwestern South Plains. Some of the stronger storms will be
capable of producing small hail and wind gusts to 50 mph. As
storms are nearly stationary, a few areas may see brief periods
of heavy rainfall with one to two inch accumulations.

Another round of storms are expected to move into Texas from
Eastern New Mexico after 10 PM.
