For waters beyond 5 nautical miles of shore on Lake Superior.

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS... A weak high pressure of 29.9 inches is placed over
Lake Superior this afternoon. The high builds to 30.0 inches on
Wednesday, and then to 30.1 inches by Thursday morning as its
associated ridging extends into the Upper Mississippi Valley. The
high pressure slides over the Upper Ohio Valley and Lower Great
Lakes Friday while a 29.8 inch trough moves east, extending from
northern Ontario to the Dakotas by evening. 29.9 inch troughing
pokes into Lake Superior by Saturday and Sunday.
