For waters beyond 5 nautical miles of shore on Lake Superior.

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...This morning, a broad 29.6 inch low is over northeast
Ontario and Quebec while a 30.0 inch high is over Manitoba. The
high will slowly build to 30.2 inches as it sags south into the
the Minnesota and Wisconsin area by Thursday morning. The high
will weaken to 30.1 inches as it slips south of Lake Superior
Friday while a weak 30.0 inch trough pushes over the lake into
Saturday.
