For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.3 inch low near James Bay will lift north across
Hudson Bay and into northern Quebec today... while slowly dragging
its trailing cold front across the lake tonight. A 30.1 inch high
will slowly drift from the Upper Midwest to New England Monday
through Wednesday...then a 29.7 inch low will track northeastward
across the Great Lakes and into Quebec Wednesday night and Thursday.
