Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...A 30.1 inch high across the Lower Great Lakes this early morning will drift to New England through the day, and then off the east coast on Tuesday. An initial 29.7 inch low sliding across the Canadian Maritimes will push its trailing weak cold front toward the lake Tuesday night and early Wednesday...where it will stall as another 29.7 inch low tracks from the Lower Mississippi Valley Tuesday night to the Upper Ohio Valley Wednesday. This second low will then lift across the Lower Great Lakes Wednesday night and Thursday...with a 30.1 inch high then forecast to ridge across New York State on Friday.
