.NOW...
Through midnight, a few clusters of showers and an embedded
thunderstorm or two will sag southwards at 5 to 10 mph, mainly across
the Middle Keys and surrounding nearshore waters. The stronger
activity will produce wind gusts of 30 mph, blinding downpours, and
potentially a few lightning strikes. Island locations near Marathon
and the Seven Mile Bridge will be most likely to be affected by
these passing showers and thunderstorms. A few locations along this
stretch may receive one half to one and one quarter of an inch of
rain.
