Winds and seas along with the coverage of rainbands will continue to increase through the day as Beryl approaches the Texas Coast. A Hurricane Warning is in effect for Matagorda Bay as well as the nearshore and offshore weaters. Galveston Bay is under a Tropical Storm Warning.
