North Carolina, western North Carolina and upstate South Carolina.

Scattered showers and thunderstorms will develop across the area
this afternoon and into the evening. Any storms that develop may
produce gusty winds, cloud-to-ground lightning and locally heavy
rainfall.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

North Carolina and upstate South Carolina.

   Heat Advisory.

Scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms will develop across
the lower Piedmont of Northeast Georgia, the Upstate and the
Charlotte area this afternoon and into the evening. Any storms that
develop may produce gusty winds, cloud- to- ground lightning and
locally heavy rainfall. A severe storm producing damaging wind gusts
cannot be ruled out.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.
