...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE WATERS...

The areas affected include...
  Nearshore and Open Waters from Holland to Pentwater MI...

At 707 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots and small hail. These
thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 30 nm west of
Muskegon Light to 27 nm west of Grand Haven Light, moving northeast
at 20 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Intense lightning is occurring with these storms. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded
metal objects.
