...FLOOD ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 345 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...

New flood advisories have been issued for the following portions of
east central and northeast Wisconsin, including the following areas,
in east central Wisconsin, Manitowoc. In northeast Wisconsin, Brown.

The threat for widespread flooding has increased over the area.
Therefore the Flood Advisory has been replaced by a Flood Warning.
