.DISCUSSION...Northwesterly winds at 5 - 8 mph easing to below 5 mph by
dusk with RH values in the low 30% range at their lowest today. Eventually
bearing southeasterly, winds around 3 mph overnight into early Wednesday
morning with good overnight recovery RH values at 65 - 67%. Winds become
westerly Wednesday afternoon with the lowest RH values around 40% or less.
West by northwest winds picking up in the late afternoon around 5 to 7 mph.
Low probability of lightning for the rest of the day and into Wednesday.
