ease to near calm by dusk, veering to a southerly bearing overnight into Wednesday
early morning hours with recovery RH values ranging 23 - 55%.  Lowest RH values for
Wednesday in the low 20% range. Westerly winds around 5 - 6 mph in the afternoon will
veer to a northerly bearing by 10pm Wednesday evening.
