...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Iowa...

  Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S affecting Clinton and Scott
  Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

The next statement will be issued by Saturday morning at 900 AM CDT.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL LATE TUESDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring.

* WHERE...Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S.

* WHEN...Until late Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Overbank flooding occurs. Water affects
  residences along the river between Wheatland and Calamus. Water
  affects businesses along the river near Calamus.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:30 AM CDT Friday the stage was 11.8 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The river is currently steady.
  - Forecast...The river will hold at 11.8 feet through Saturday
    morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Tuesday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
