  Northern Jasper County in central Iowa...

* Until 1145 PM CDT.

* At 1114 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Lambs Grove,
  or 5 miles northwest of Newton, moving northeast at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Newton, Colfax, Baxter, Rock Creek Lake, Iowa Speedway, Kellogg,
  Mingo, Laurel, Lambs Grove, Oakland Acres, Ferguson, Prairie City
  Krohn Airport, Rock Creek State Park, and Newton Municipal Airport.

This includes Interstate 80 between mile markers 155 and 173, and
near mile marker 175.
