Hot and humid conditions continue today. Heat indices could approach the heat advisory criteria of 95 degrees over portions of the southern Central Highlands and interior Downeast Maine. Isolated strong to severe storms are also possible today. Thunderstorms may produce gusty winds and locally heavy rainfall.
