.SYNOPSIS...Increasingly dangerous marine conditions are expected
along the Lower Texas Coast this weekend into early next week due
to the approach and passage of tropical cyclone Beryl, likely
making landfall as a hurricane along the Coastal Bend early Monday.
Conditions are expected to improve Tuesday through Thursday.
