...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN ELBERT COUNTY
THROUGH 600 PM MDT...

At 508 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 6
miles south of Agate, or 14 miles northwest of Limon, moving east at
10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of northeastern Elbert
County, which includes Cedar Point.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
