At 1239 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near West Greene to Gainesville to near The University Of West Alabama to Toomsuba. Movement was southeast at 15 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Demopolis, Livingston, Eutaw, York, Cuba, Forkland, Boligee, Union, Gainesville, Epes, Walden Quarters, West Greene, The University Of West Alabama, Thornhill, Dug Hill, Tishabee, Allison, Duffys Bend, Bluffport, and Coatopa.
