...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN STUTSMAN COUNTY
THROUGH 300 AM CDT...

At 224 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Spiritwood Lake, or 14 miles northeast of Jamestown, moving east at
20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Spiritwood Lake.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 700 AM CDT for
southeastern North Dakota.
