...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 945 PM EDT
FOR EASTERN CHEMUNG AND TIOGA COUNTIES...

At 846 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Spencer, or 11
miles north of Waverly, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Barton, Waverly, Owego, Berkshire, Newark Valley, Candor, Spencer,
Van Etten, Nichols, and Apalachin.
