At 401 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Caroga Lake Public Campground, or near Gloversville, moving south at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Gloversville, Johnstown, Fonda, Ephratah, Caroga Lake, Tribes Hill, Caroga Lake Public Campground, Berkshire, Fultonville, Bleecker, Meco, Pinnacle, Sammonsville, Rockwood, Broadalbin Junction, Hale Mills, Eppie Corners, Jackson Summit, West Bush, and Smiths Corners.
