...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT ...THE SOUTHEASTERN CITY OF
NORFOLK...THE NORTHEASTERN CITY OF CHESAPEAKE...THE SOUTHEASTERN CITY
OF PORTSMOUTH AND THE NORTHWESTERN CITY OF VIRGINIA BEACH THROUGH 515
PM EDT...

At 439 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Cradock, or near Deep Creek, moving northeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph, heavy rain, and frequent
         lightning.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Reduced visibility and minor flooding
         possible. Frequent cloud to ground lightning strikes.

This strong thunderstorm will be near...
  Virginia Beach, Regent University, Norfolk, and Chesapeake around
  445 PM EDT.
  Kempsville around 450 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by this storm include Greenbrier, South
Norfolk, Bayside, Portlock, Princess Anne Plaza, Herberts Corner, and
Gallups Corner.
