.DISCUSSION...
Much drier air will move into the area today, allowing for hot, dry
and occasionally breezy conditions to develop this afternoon. Gusts
up to 16 mph are possible. Relative humidity values will fall below
15 percent and poor recovery values are expected tonight. Moisture
will push back toward the area tonight and early Friday but it will
still be dry and hot. Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms
with gusty and erratic winds are likely during the afternoon hours on
Friday.
