...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM MDT THIS EVENING
FOR CENTRAL MORA COUNTY...

At 409 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated the heavy rainfall has ended
over the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen
over parts of the area, especially along portions of State Road 442
and within rural countryside east of Ojo Feliz. Flash flooding is
ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
         highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
         drainage and low-lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Ocate and Ojo Feliz.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
