At 428 AM, National Weather Service radar detected scattered
showers and thunderstorms, some with heavy rain mainly in far
eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas. They were most widespread
and heaviest in Madison, Washington and Carroll counties in
Arkansas. The precipitation was in the Bentonville, Rogers and
Fayetteville area. Movement was to the southeast at around 20 mph.
The average amount where it rained last hour was around one tenth of
an inch with maximum amounts of three quarters to around an inch.
Intensity decreased during the last hour. The Tulsa area forecast
for late tonight and early this morning, mostly cloudy then becoming
partly sunny, a chance of showers and thunderstorms with
temperatures 69 to 74 degrees and north winds up to 5 mph.
