in Arkansas west of I49. The precipitation was in the Fort Smith
area. Movement was to the southeast at around 20 mph. The average
amount where it rained last hour was one tenth to one quarter of an
inch with maximum amounts of one quarter to one half of an inch.
Coverage and intensity decreased during the last hour. The Tulsa
area forecast for early this morning, mostly cloudy then becoming
partly sunny, a chance of showers and thunderstorms with
temperatures 69 to 73 degrees and north winds up to 5 mph.
