At 428 PM, National Weather Service radar detected isolated showers
south of I44 and west of the Muskogee Turnpike. Movement was to the
east at around 15 mph. The average amount where it rained last hour
was around one quarter of an inch with maximum amounts of one tenth
to one quarter of an inch. Coverage increased but intensity
decreased during the last hour. The Tulsa area forecast for late
this afternoon and into this evening, mostly cloudy, thunderstorms
and showers likely. Some thunderstorms may be severe .
