showers and thunderstorms, some with heavy rain in Arkansas east of
I49 and also west of a Eufaula to Hugo line. Thunderstorms with
locally heavy rain were located in Madison, Carroll and Washington
counties in Arkansas. The precipitation was in the Bentonville,
Rogers and Fayetteville area. Movement was to the southeast at
around 20 mph. The average amount where it rained last hour was
around one quarter of an inch with maximum amounts of an inch and a
half to two inches. Coverage and intensity decreased during the last
hour. The Tulsa area forecast for late tonight, mostly cloudy,
showers and thunderstorms likely with temperatures 72 to 77 degrees
and north winds up to 5 mph.
