The NOAA All-Hazards radio station WXK94 near Concordia is
broadcasting a degraded audio signal. It is possible this
degradation may result in watches and warnings not alerting radios
as they normally do and the signal not reaching as far from the
transmitter as it normally does.

Technicians have been notified about this issue.
