* Until 745 PM EDT.

* At 705 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Johns Pass,
  moving west at 5 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots, suddenly higher
           waves, frequent lightning, and heavy downpours. Make sure
           all on board are wearing life jackets.

* Locations impacted include...
  Clearwater Beach, Madeira Beach Reef, Indian Rocks Beach, Saint
  Pete Beach, Dunedin, Treasure Island Reef, Clearwater Pass,
  Pass-A-Grille Channel, Indian Shore Reef, Saint Pete Beach Reef,
  Pass-A-Grille Reef, Johns Pass, and Tarpon Springs.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes.

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.

Frequent lightning is occurring with this storm. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded
