...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT THE MUNICIPALITIES OF
SOUTHWESTERN PUERTO RICO FROM GUAYANILLA TO CABO ROJO THROUGH 1130
AM AST...

At 1033 AM AST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Guanica, moving northwest at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph, heavy rainfall, and lightning.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
