...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHERN PULASKI COUNTY THROUGH
700 PM CDT...

At 635 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms near Fort Leonard Wood, moving southeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Fort Leonard Wood, Waynesville, St. Robert, and Laquey.

This includes Interstate 44 between mile markers 144 and 162.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
