.DISCUSSION...
Skies remain nearly clear, with no precipitation expected.
Humidity levels will fall to 25 to 30 percent during the
afternoon. Winds will be upslope under 5mph through 1200, then
will be westerly around 10 mph, with gusts of 15 to 20 mph during
the afternoon. Breezy conditions will lead to very good to
excellent smoke dispersal during the afternoon.
Clear skies continue overnight. Humidity recovery will be only
fair, reaching around 50 percent. Winds will be light downslope
less than 5 mph.
Conditions Saturday will be similar to today, with clear skies and
humidity 25 to 30 percent. West winds will be a step higher
Saturday, with sustained winds 15 to 20 mph during the afternoon,
with gusts reaching 30 mph. Smoke dispersal will be excellent.
