An extended period of above normal temperatures and very dry
conditions is expected through the weekend and into next week. An
Excessive Heat Watch will be in effect Saturday through Tuesday
for Washoe County. Daytime humidities will be very low each day
with poor overnight recoveries. Winds will remain mostly light
outside of typical afternoon breezes, although increased winds are
possible late in the weekend into early next week.
