...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHERN ALAMOSA...WEST CENTRAL
COSTILLA AND EAST CENTRAL CONEJOS COUNTIES THROUGH 200 PM MDT...

At 134 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Manassa, or 18 miles south of San Luis Valley Airport, moving east at
15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Manassa, Sanford, La Jara, Romeo, and Bountiful.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
