* WHERE...Portions of northern Delaware and central, northern, and
  southern New Jersey.

* WHEN...For the Heat Advisory, from 10 AM Sunday to 6 AM EDT
  Monday. For the Excessive Heat Watch, from Monday morning through
  Tuesday evening.

* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
