.DISCUSSION...A very dry airmass combined with unstable conditions
will help promote extreme fire behavior both today and tomorrow.
Locally breezy conditions will be possible in the afternoons.
There is also a slight chance of an isolated thunderstorm developing
near the site late Sunday afternoon due to this oncoming weather system,
however confidence is very low (<15%) in storms occurring due to the
dry atmosphere in place.

Sky/weather.........Partly cloudy (35-45 percent) then becoming
                    mostly cloudy (60-70 percent) then becoming
                    partly cloudy (45-55 percent). Smoke in the
                    evening, then areas of smoke late in the
                    evening.
CWR.................1 percent.
LAL.................1.
Min temperature.....64-67.
Max humidity........26-31 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........West winds 5 to 8 mph with gusts to around 17
                    mph in the evening becoming light, then
                    becoming west 5 to 7 mph overnight. Gusty and
