.DISCUSSION...Elevated fire weather concerns this afternoon and
evening owing to breezy conditions overlapping with low RH across
parts of the Cascade east slopes, Kittitas Valley, and Lower
Washington Basin. Seasonable temperatures through tomorrow with
lighter winds tomorrow and lighter Thursday. A heat wave looks
highly likely Friday through at least Monday with lower elevations
in the triple digits, low RH, and poor recovery overnight as an
upper ridge builds.
