.Discussion...
A series of weak upper level shortwaves combined with a decaying
surface boundary will support rounds of scattered showers and
thunderstorms tonight through Friday. The broad southwest flow and
surface high positioning is expected to foster a seasonably warm,
humid environment as well, meaning convection could lead to heavy
downpours, gusty wind and cloud to ground lightning.
Dry and more seasonable weather is favored for the weekend period
under the influence of high pressure and dry slotting aloft.
