.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure will persist NW
of the waters today, then slowly shift NW of the area tonight
through Sat night. A weak area of low pressure meandering just W
of the southern waters today, will drift well W of the area
through Sat. Another area of high pressure will nudge into the
central waters later today and persist through Mon night while
slowly drifting NW. A low pressure trough will persist along the
California coast today through Mon night.
